Oracle Database 11g Release 1 dla Windows już jest.
Wczoraj Oracle umieścił na OTN najnowszą wersję bazy Oracle Database 11g Release 1 dla systemu Windows. Dokładna wersja to:
Oracle Database 11g Release 1 (11.1.0.6.0)
Standard Edition, Standard Edition One, and Enterprise Edition
Wcześniej była dostępna tylko dla Linux’a ( 32 i 64 bit )
Można ją ściągnąć z poniższego adresu na licencji OTN:

Jest to wersja 32-bit (x86) i można ją instalować na następujach wersjach 32-bit Windows:
- Windows 2000 z Service Pack 1 lub wyższy
- Windows Server 2003
- Windows Server 2003 R2
- Windows XP Professional
- Windows Vista - Business, Enterprise, and Ultimate editions
Główne wymaganie sprzętowe to 1GB RAM.
